Ford F-150 Lightning indicates a 472-mile range during a test drive

As more manufacturers get on board, I am confident the battery life will double in the next 5 years. Whether they accomplish that with battery or charging technology, or both.

Ford has confirmed that the F150 Lightning Reservations have surpassed well over 160,000!

Since these are suppose to power your house, some consideration should be given to coordinating the colors with your house or maybe a camo cover so thieves don't steal it when there are massive power outages like they do with generators.

Probably can with the extra battery package, otherwise the max is 300. You'll also have to get one of the higher up packages to get the extended batteries unless you're a contractor. Not sure why Ford is doing this, but I would imagine most of these trucks will be artisan use.

    RV towing

Actually I misspoke on the towing distance, looks like the 220-300 miles is regular driving, towing a trailer dependent on weight will be a lot less. The good thing is the advanced electronics allow you to enter the approx weight of your trailer to get the est mileage.
